If the product developed by us does not meet to your original project requirements we will fully refund the cost of your order or correct it. Our standard warranty period is 60 days from the date of delivery of the product to the customer. No other reasons except those mentioned above are eligible for refund.
Emet strives to conduct business based on the customer's needs in a profitable and sustainable manner and to deliver a product that corresponds to a customer's desired specifications. The customer, however, is responsible for using the product which Emet developed on his or her behalf. The customer is responsible for testing the product and is the sole decider for how to use the product at his or her own risk. Emet is not responsible for any possible losses caused by use of the product (including loss of profit, third party claims, etc.)
